Step 1 - Open up the image you want to edit. Duplicate your layer and then do
this.
Step 2 - Then when the box pops up change your settings to
this.
Step 3 - Now we are creating a layer mask.
click.
Step 4 - Then use your brush tool to color all the parts of the picture that show skin.
It will give your skin a soft look & then your done. (:
